Paid subscriptions are processed through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription
• Provide accurate payment information
• Authorize automatic recurring charges (for subscription plans)

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are governed by LemonSqueezy's terms. We may offer refunds at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all color systems, palettes, and other content you create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, process, and display your User Content
• Provide technical support and service improvements
• Display publicly shared content in community features

5.2 Service Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without our express written permission.

5.3 Public Sharing

If you choose to share your color systems publicly through our community features, you grant other users the right to view and use your shared content in accordance with these Terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account and User Content, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., GitHub for Git Sync). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
